New Student Testing|Accuplacer

All new students are required to complete a placement test once they have applied and been accepted to Rainy River Community College.

The Accuplacer Computerized Placement Test is an assessment in reading comprehension and mathematics that RRCC uses to determine how your skill levels meet course prerequisites, helping to ensure your success in college.

Scheduled Test Session Dates ~ Call 218.285.7722 to REGISTER for your test - seating is limited.

• Check in 10 minutes prior to the start of your test
• Late students will have to reschedule
• Bring a photo ID to your test session

NOTE: If you are unable to attend a test session at RRCC, you can have the test proctored in your area, at an approved test center.

Approved proctors include: high school guidance counselors or testing sites at a local college, university, or testing center. You will need to contact the site and speak with the proctor at that site.

Off-site proctored tests can be taken at any time agreed upon by you and your test proctor. Please allow a minimum of three days after you notify us of your test proctor, to allow us to coordinate the testing arrangements.
